Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Because we supply health and pharmaceutical products, our policies follow UK regulations to protect patient safety. The guidelines below apply to orders placed on slimbrisk.co.uk.

- Cancel within 1 hour of purchase for a refund.
- Prescription medicines: no returns/refunds once dispensed (except if faulty or dispensed in error).
- OTC (non-prescription): unopened & sealed items may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery (subject to approval).
- Damaged/faulty: report ASAP (ideally within 48 hours) with photos/video for a replacement or refund.
1) Prescription Medicines
- Once dispensed, prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded because they are legally assigned to you.
- Exceptions: If your order arrives damaged, or there is a dispensing error (e.g., wrong item or strength), we will arrange a replacement within 3 working days after verification.
- Evidence: Please provide clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and product label to help us investigate quickly.
2) Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel within 1 hour of placing your order.
- After 1 hour, orders typically move to Processing and cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Approved cancellations made within the 1-hour window are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
3) Non-Prescription (OTC) Medicines
- We may consider returns of unopened, sealed OTC items in resalable condition, within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
- Temperature-sensitive or cold-chain items (e.g., some injection pens) cannot be returned once dispatched, except where faulty.
- Authorisation required: Do not send products back without approval. If approved, we’ll provide the correct returns address and instructions.
4) Damaged or Faulty Products
- Please notify us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) if an item arrives damaged or faulty.
- We may offer a refund or replacement once the issue is verified. Keep all packaging and do not dispose of items until we advise.
5) Your Consumer Rights
- The Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) provide a 14-day cooling-off period for many online purchases; this does not apply to medicines.
- We comply with the Consumer Rights Act (2015) and UK distance-selling rules. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

- Proof of purchase: Provide your order number and confirmation email.
- Written request (for cancellations): If you cancel within 1 hour, please send a brief confirmation email. Written requests must be submitted within 5 days of the original cancellation.
Important Notes
- We cannot accept returned medications unless faulty or dispensed in error.
- Refunds/cancellations are not guaranteed after the 1-hour window.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times may vary by bank.
