Shipping & Delivery Policy (UK & Ireland)
Orders are fulfilled by our UK partner pharmacies and shipped to your chosen UK address.
Addresses
- The address entered at checkout is sent directly to the courier.
- Request changes immediately after ordering. If delivered to the submitted address in error, we cannot replace/retrieve the item. Any retrieval by the courier is at your cost if available.
Dispatch & Service
- Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD.
- Next-day aimed but not guaranteed; allow up to 48 hours.
- Tracking provided; signature required (no safe-place/doorstep drops).
Missed Delivery & Changes After Dispatch
- Use your tracking link to redirect to a neighbour, collection point, or reschedule.
- After dispatch, only you can amend delivery via the courier link.
Costs
- UK: £5 (Special Delivery)
- Ireland: £10 (Royal Mail)
Timeframes
- Next working day where possible (12:00 cut-off; subject to checks, stock, dispense).
- No Saturday/Sunday dispatch. Some postcodes (e.g., NI/Jersey) may take 2–3 days.
- Stock shortages may place items on backorder (7–10 working days, sometimes 15+).
Delays & Returns to Sender
- If DPD cannot deliver and returns to pharmacy, redelivery is £10.
Damage or Loss
- Report damage or missing items in writing within 1–3 working days of shipment so we can open a courier/insurer claim (claims window is 7 days).
- Evidence may be required (photos/video; police report if theft).
- Replacements are sent once compensation/approval is confirmed.
